Riverport was once part of Bethlehem Steel's bustling factories. After sitting vacant for several years, JENA Engineering was brought onto this project for architecture and structure work. JENA Engineering's main goal for this project was to keep the integrity and preserve the history of the building. JENA Engineering was also responsible for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans. A unique feature of the "outdoor areas" is the unique open grate system to let in the elements.
