This 29,717 square foot facility that sits on 3.02 acres is a converted school is now a state of the art assisted living facility. JENA Engineering, Corp. was responsible for the land development phase of the project and the structural design. JENA Engineering, Corp. also designed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans for the facility.
